What kind of wine should you have with your Brains?

Evidently a Chinin Blanc or a Chardonnay… assuming that you’re going to be simmering your brains in a cream sauce. The Huffington Post and singer Maynard Keenan expand on these types of questions in an interesting read.

I didn’t know that the zombie palate was that discerning, I usually have my flesh-burgers with a lone star tallboy.
